Scope: Capital repair and reconstruction of 100 km highway including 36 bridge structures.

Value: $180 Million USD (Financed by Islamic Development Bank).

Role: Comprehensive project management and technical supervision.

M-12 & M-03 Highway Modernization | Ukraine

Scope: Rehabilitation of strategic road networks under FIDIC Red Book conditions.

Value: $149 Million USD (Financed by World Bank).

Role: Leadership in site operations, budgeting, and IFI-standard reporting.

Kyiv Region Bridge Reconstruction Program | Ukraine

Scope: Reconstruction of high-priority bridges (up to 310m length) using steel and prestressed concrete.

Value: $17 Million USD (Financed by UK Export Finance - UKEF).

Role: Comprehensive project management and technical supervision.

II. Aviation & Strategic Installations

Sabiha Gökçen International Airport | Turkey

Scope: Construction of a 4,500m concrete runway, 200,000 sqm apron, and specialized maintenance hangars.

Value: $84 Million USD (Financed by NATO/NSPA).

Contract: FIDIC Red Book.

Role: Project management consulting, budget monitoring, technical supervision, occupational health and safety, and environmental compliance audits.

Kandahar & Camp Bastion Airfields Development | Afghanistan

Scope: Delivery of critical airfield infrastructure, including runways, aprons, and medical facilities under NSPA/AFCEE frameworks.

Value: $22 Million USD (Financed by NATO/NSPA).

Role: Technical management and international liaison in high-security environments.

Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant | Turkey

Role: Strategic administrative and technical coordination for the integration of major energy infrastructure.

Expertise: Managing inter-institutional liaison and regulatory compliance for large-scale energy assets.

Hotel & Golf Resort Sun Zeynep | Turkey

Scope: Turn-key construction of the 65,000 sqm hotel and golf course complex.

Value: $41 Million USD

Role: Construction management, project/program management, cost estimating, scheduling, value engineering, expert claims consultancy, dispute resolutions, feasibility report and contract clauses formulation.

St. Sophia Hyatt Regency Hotel | Ukraine

Scope: Turn-key construction of the 34,600 sqm (324 rooms) hotel complex.

Value: $32 Million USD

Role: Conducting pre-implementation feasibility studies, organizing the process of obtaining necessary official and private permits, preparing concept designs, conducting field inspections during the implementation process, and contract management.

Central Hospital | Russia

Scope: Technical oversight for a 90,000 sqm medical facility complex.

Role: Coordination of preliminary project preparation, feasibility studies, and mobilization planning.
